Building - the last finishing touches

Once we had the engine back from bench running, it was time to complete the last few bits before going for painting. This was mainly fibreglass finishing. Once it was all completed, we rented a 7.5 tonne lorry and drove it to Airtime Paint at Bournemouth for final fibreglass touching up and painting. When you reach this stage, you now have a few weeks of no aeroplane bulding and an empty garage. Time to do other things!
